WAS AWESOME! with them still ending up time traveling and actualy running into a future/past self, makes me want to see a sequel but i know there wont be one:(

i was gutted that it ended when it did:( i wanted to see that paralel universe lol and i think that it would have been more interesting than time travel.

I’m planning a time travel movie marathon so I’m starting a list. Titles you can add will be greatly appreciated.

Here’s what I’ve come up with so far:

    1. Back To The Future trilogy (of course!)

    2. Donnie Darko

    3. Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel (lol)

    4. The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (check this one out!)

    5. The Lake House (hey, time still quite checks into the plot)

    6. The Time Traveler’s Wife

And those are the only ones I can think of right now. I just know I am missing out a lot.

I never had any friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

If you were with these guys when they traveled through time and could bring one thing with you what would it be.

I would bring my camera with lots of spare memory cards and batteries.

Is the music at the end credits and just before , the final countdown, a reference to the film called the Final Countdown, a great movie where an fully armed modern american aircraft carrier goes through a time hole back to the day of pearl harbour and has to figure out what to do . If not interesting coincidence.

Just a heads up that there are two brief scenes at the end; one after the intial credits (cast) and another right at the end of the credits. They aren’t particularly important or anything, but if you like that sort of thing, you might want to wait.

I found the film pretty entertaining. Amusing rather than laugh out loud funny, but I’d recommend it, especially for SF fans. There isn’t much to it though and it is very small scale; had it been filmed in scope it might have made it fell a little more cinematic, but that might be just my personal preference. I thought that helped the look of Lesbian Vampire Killers, but I thought this the better film, although even more low key.

In the beginning of the movie, Pete tries to convince Ray and Toby he went into the future. When they’re back in the gents, the old man comes in and leaves again because of what he sees.

    What time did he go?

And another thing, the old man jumps up again halfway the movie and leaves because of Pete who’s holding a knife. So… The old man couldn’t have gone into the toilets where he didn’t see them doing their "Science experiment" so they caused a paradox, right?

    Or om I wrong?

Time travel is my ultimate genere. I own over 70 movies involving time travel on dvd (almost all of the released movies). I just love it so much. The thing is, very few are actually comedies. And if they are comedies, they are bad ones. Aside from groundhog day (which I dont really consider a comedy), Bill and teds excellent adventure is my fav TT comedy (bogus journey sucked). Im hoping for some halarity in this film and I hope more like it are made.

    Spoliers:

Main villain is missing from cast list.

I don’t understand how the editor (Mellie) played by Meredith MacNeill was overlooked in the cast listing, but "bum number 12" was given billing.

It went to DVD on the 7th of September in the United Kingdom. I’m willing to bet that some of these posts are by people who did their own pseudo time-traveling by downloading a DVD rip of this movie. I wouldn’t blame you, there’s no release date for the U.S. yet, and it is a damn fine film in my opinion.

Just watched it and feel cheated that it was so short ;)

Only heard about it yesterday from a mate who stumbled upon it.

I would have happily paid to see it in the cinema…if they had bothered to promote it at all! Bound to be a cult classic on DVD….can imagine fan nights (like in the movie)where folk dress up to attend screenings, lol.

Worth watching again to pick up all the little bits you’ll miss (like ‘Fight Club’). I wondered why he was watching that Ant crawling about at the beginning of the film ;)
