    Elvis is an plagiarist…

He doesnt know to play the guitar properly…

He hasnt written one song in his whole life..

The real songwriter deserves the name fame and money!!!

Does Stella Stevens do her own singing in her numbers? If so, she is absolutely fabulous! Especially on "The Nearness of You"!

Wow. Was it ever hard trying to find out what the third of Elvis’s Hawaiian trilogy was. It was easy to find out the other two: "Blue Hawaii" & "Paradise Hawaiian Style". I haven’t seen it yet, but i collect Hawaiiana and wanted to buy all three (even though i hear there’s not much Hawaii in it).

Whew, finally i know. Maybe i just looked in all the wrong places, and god knows it’s not the most important topic in the world, but just in case someone else was trying to find out this info, i thought i’d enter this here.

My wife and I watched this movie the other night because neither of us had seen it. In a scene near the end where Elvis is rescueing the girl, there seems to be a boat crash during the stunt. The sail boat runs over the motor boat. We watched this in slow motion and saw the actors/stunt people in the motor boat get pushed under the sail boat. Was this part of the plot of the movie or a real accident? The actor playing the bad guy seems to show a reaction to the crash like it was part of the movie and you see the motor boat drive away but then a few seconds later their is nothing more mentioned about the crash. What is the deal about this?

Laurel Dodge is one my favorite Elvis love interests in his movies. With "The girl next door" looks, she had a real personality. I think Laurel Goodwin did a great job portraying this feisty young woman. Too bad her movie career was so short.

It was some time last year. Actually, this is a very enjoyable light movie.

"The porpoise is laughing, goodbye, goodbye!.."
