This movie definatly has the most amazing opening scene to it in all of cinema!!!

I mean how can you argue with James Caan, Fran Drescher, and Chris Kattan all getting whacked by a killer Santa!

This movie is the stuff legends are made of…

Here’s how the game works. In each post, you must put in a stupid situation that anyone might have to endure during the day. The person who posts after must say what Santa would do in the previous situation. Here’s an example.

Bob: "Santa is stuck in line at the grocery store. WWSD?"

Greg: "Santa would shove a giant candy kane through them and throw them over his shoulder. Now, Santa is left babysitting two annoying children that don’t want to sleep. WWSD?"

Keep in mind this is just an example. I’ll start, to get the game rolling. Feel free to make the situations as long as you want. Just uh, don’t make them too long…

Santa is trying to make a deposit at the bank, when a bunch of masked men with guns come in and say "This is a robbery!" WWSD?

I can’t figure out why this movie exists! It’s awful! It sucks!… I LOVE IT!

I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tanhauser gate. All those moments, will be lost in time, like tears, in rain… Time to die.

But even though the real Santa is a loving role model for kids,

this movie was fun!I hope they come up with a sequel someday, this

    slasher rocks!

I had originally seen this on tv a few years back and found that I enjoyed it. I never got around to getting the dvd until a few weeks ago when I saw that the film had a 2 disc special edition (region 2 Germany released by EMS)

this version has an exact running time of 81 mins (PAL).

As I was watching I noticed how disjointed the film felt and thought it moved too quick. Sure enough doing a search on this forum a few pages back someone mentioned a lot of deleted scenes appearing in the tv version

at any rate do any of you own the US region 1 dvd and could tell me what if any special features this disc has? I am asumming it might not have all of the features on the German disc but you never know

99% of you people send me PM’s with questions and never bother to check that I replied to them.

I mean, really. Anybody in the whole world could come up with an evil Santa Claus and anyway, it’s stupid because Santa is a big role model for all the kids and he’s EVIL IN THIS MOVIE!!! Santa is a kind man who gives toys to all the children, not KILL THEM!!! This is an incredibly stupid idea for a movie.

I am in love with Dakota Fanning and I hope she will be my future wife.

This movie was amazingly good….i bought it randomly just for the value of seeing Bill Goldberg as Santa Claus and it turned out to be a perfect movie….how can you not sit down and enjoy every second of this movie?

I can’t believe our beautiful little Aussie Emilie de Ravin would put her self in this rubbish.

Such a gorgeous girl. . . oh well. To each her own.

Hi. I just found this title when I was at Blockbuster a little while ago. And, seeing the DVD made me laugh because the same premise and title of Santa’s Slay is also described in (of all movies) Ernest Saves Christmas as a movie being made within the movie. Does anyone know if there is a connection or if it is just a coincidence?

You can’t take the sky from me.

In the club fight Santa must disinfect the stripper pole before using it as weapon, even though he’s wearing gloves.

Moments earlier when he first enters the club he displays no germ phobias or principles as he grabbed a random woman and kissed her deeply underneath mistletoe.

Just like the rest of this movie they were going for dark edgy camp but they missed the mark and landed on discord.

How come when I watched this on TV, half of the Deleted Scenes were in the actual movie? I’m very disappointed that the DVD hides some great scenes over in the Special Features area. It’s kinda sad when you’d rather have a recording of the TV version than the actual DVD. Boo.

I can’t believe i watched this movie, it was awful. I’ve seen hundreds of movies but never anything as bad as that, that was the kinda dialogue and story i’d expect to see on a saturday morning cartoon. The career of every actor in that movie is destroyed.

I first heard about this movie on the "Greatest Movie Ever" podcast. When they mentioned James Caan was in this trashy movie, I thought maybe I heard the name wrong. Then I saw the film and lo and behold, he’s in the first scene! As I expected, it was an uncredited appearance. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoy this movie for all its schlock-iness. I’m just surprised an actor like James Caan got involved.

What was the name of the song playing in the strip club fight scene. It went something like "Santa Claus" haha. I know that’s not much help but that’s all I can remember. It was sorta catchy though.

About 10 minutes into the movie there’s a rap song playing with a Christmas theme – when Mary and Nic are in the car.

    Any idea what it is?

How did this movie end? I watched most of the movie but I left to go out. I don’t care enough to rent it but would be curious to found out how it ended. I heard they killed the hell deer with a bazoka. How did Santa take it? Did they off him as well? Who survived?

    Thank you.
