    All that cigarette smoke must have made the sanitarium a smelly place to live and work.

    The strangulation scene at the end had a low believability factor.

    Are the outside shots of the sanitarium and grounds in "Shock" the same that was used in "Harvey"? I was trying to think why it seemed familiar,and I am pretty sure it is the same. Or am I nuts?
